W 2023 roku zespół w składzie: Ewa Kwiatkowska, Anna Kajdy, Anita Sikora-Szubert, Agata Karowicz-Bilińska, Anna Zembroń-Łacny, Kazimierz Ciechanowski, Jarosław Krzywański, Sebastian Kwiatkowski, Tomasz Kostka, Piotr Sieroszewski oraz Anna Szumilewicz  opublikował kompleksowe rekomendacje dotyczące aktywności fizycznej w ciąży i po porodzie.

Kwestionariusze

Polskie Towarzystwo Medycyny Sportowej (PTMS), Polskie Towarzystwo Ginekologów i Położników (PTGP)  wraz z Akademią Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu w Gdańsku (AWFiS) opublikowało pod egidą Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) polskie wersje kwestionariuszy zalecanych do użytku w przypadku kontynuacji lub podjęcia aktywności fizycznej w ciąży. 

Trwają prace nad publikacją adekwatnego kwestionariusza dot. aktywności fizycznej po porodzie. 

Akty prawne

Na mocy obwieszczeń Ministra Sportu i Turystyki ( z 04.01.2023, 10.08.2023 i 14.05.2024) włączone do Zintegrowanego Systemu Kwalifikacji zostały następujące kwalifikacje zawodowe instruktorów i trenerów, związane z prozdrowotną aktywnością fizyczną i sportem wyczynowym w ciąży i po porodzie:

  • Prowadzenie procesu treningu sportowego dla zawodniczek w ciąży i po porodzie,
  • Prowadzenie ćwiczeń dla kobiet w ciąży prawidłowej,
  • Prowadzenie ćwiczeń dla kobiet w połogu prawidłowym,
  • Prowadzenie profilaktycznych ćwiczeń mięśni dna miednicy dla kobiet .
