
To come at our University as part of the Erasmus + program you have to:
1 / check if your University and ours have a bilateral agreement on student exchange under Erasmus+,
2 / be nominated by your University,
3 / your Erasmus Coordinator must send information about your nomination by providing your details:
– name and surname,
– level and field of study (at your University)
– length of your stay (eg. spring semester 2020/2021 or the whole academic year 2020/2021).

Deadline for nominations for the summer semester to November, 15
4 / If you receive our acceptance ( email), you can proceed to submit documents – see step by step application.
Deadline for documents for the winter semester and all year up to June 15
Deadline for documents for the summer semester to December 15
5 / You will receive an approval letter as confirmation of acceptance.
1 / Download the forms and fill in:
d) Photo of the student for the student ID card (JPG)
– remember about the signature and seal of the Coordinator in the Application Form
2 / Courses in English:
As an exchange student, you can choose subjects from all faculties and levels of study – check the attached course catalog.
3 / Send the documents (scans) by e-mail to the following address: erasmus@awf.gda.pl
