1.

Familiarizing the candidate with the conditions and procedure for individual fields of study in accordance with the recruitment resolution for the given academic year (for foreigners).

2.

Registration of a foreigner in the IRK system by the deadline set according to the recruitment resolution.

3.

Attaching a scan of the required documents in English or Polish by a foreign student together with a study fee of 2,700 euro, according to the recruitment resolution for a given academic year in the IRK recruitment system. (the candidate is obliged to check the price list of fees for studies for a given education cycle)

4.

The candidate is required to pay for the studies based on the current price list for the given academic year, EUR 2,700.The payment for studies should be made to the following currency account:

Approach to the obligatory online exam of English language verification and knowledge of physical culture by the admission committee. Points are awarded for the exam.

6.

Failure to attach the required set of documents in the IRK system and not to take the oral exam will disqualify the candidate from further recruitment.

7.

The foreigner is supposed to submit, no later than on the day preceding the day of starting the classes, a certificate issued by an occupational medicine doctor confirming that there are no contraindications to undergoing studies.

8.

After publishing the list of candidates accepted on the website – the commission issues individual invitations, admission certificates to receive a VISA and issues conditional admission decisions. Documents are sent to the individual email of the candidate.

9.

Unqualified persons receive an individual decision not to admit to studies and of reimbursement of tuition fees.

10.

Submission of a set of original documents upon arrival to Poland together with translations into Polish to the commission or dean’s office within the prescribed period, that is:

* original documents – within one month of the beginning of the academic year,

* translations in Polish – within two months of the beginning of the academic Lear

11.

If the candidate does not submit the required translations in Polish in a timely manner, he / she will be removed from the consideration on conditional admission decision.
